Does anyone know if there is a trainer with a Rufflet/Vullaby in black/white respectively (or the evolution)?  Or where I can see one in game?  I need to see one to look for it on the GTS, but I can't find a trainer training it :S

Doing a set of Traditionally colored 5th Generation Pokemon. This is the Psychic Pokemon Rankurusu as a shine color. I think it looks a lot neater with the blues then the greens.

Done all in PrismaMarker and some photoshop background. Tell me what ya think.

Maybe I'm missing some key detail in the descriptions, but I'm confused as to what exactly it is about Volt Tackle that makes it impossible to do in any game except Emerald, as the bulbapedia page claims.
